NEW: I am now certified to use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Re-processing). The goal of EMDR is to help reprocess traumatic memories, reduce emotional intensity and helps you to develop more adaptive coping mechanisms.

COACHING
My coaching services cover anything from motivation and goal setting to learning more about your own identity and how or where you fit. Alternatively, you might be needing strategy coaching to help you navigate your career or move to the next level in your education.
COUNSELLING
Being a Humanistic Gestalt Counsellor means I believe you are a unique person and the only one who knows what is right for you. I work to raise your awareness and gain the insight you need to make decisions or process feelings.
WORKSHOPS & MORE
I combine both my Clean Coaching and Gestalt counselling techniques and tools into an easily and accessible workshop format. This creates an experiential and respectful way for you to learn and gain insights as part of a group.
